2012 Municipal Election Information
Election information:

The municipal election scheduled for March 6, 2012, will be the first to take place under new districting established by the Town Council on November 8, 2011. Additional information on the upcoming election will be posted here as it is approved by the Council.

See the revised certified candidates for the March 6 Municipal Election and find information on write-in voting.

REGISTER TO VOTE for the municipal election before February 7, 2012 at the County Clerk's office, 1400 Hwy. 180 E., Silver City, NM.

CHECK YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION to ensure that your name and address are correct. Any corrections need to be made with the County Clerk before February 7, 2012 in order to vote in the upcoming election.

CHECK YOUR VOTING DISTRICT - the Town Council redistricted in November 2011. Please check the new voting district map below to check which district your address is in per your voter registration. Call the County Clerk's office at 574-0042 if there are any discrepancies before February 7, 2012.
