The Town of Silver Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings during their regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The public hearings will consider: A.) DA 12-01 A request for a Dimensional Adjustment permit for a tract of land addressed as 2707 Highway 180, Silver City, NM. The applicant is Duane Bingham. A Dimensional Adjustment would allow the applicant to modify by 10 percent or less the parking requirement for a commercial building from 88 to 81. B.) ZC 12-01 A Zone Change request for a parcel addressed as 1419 Corbin, Silver City, NM. The request is to amend the Official Zoning Map that for property described as Lots 1 and 3, Block 1 of the Schadel Addition from Commercial District to Mixed-use District. The applicant is Emelia Imperiale.
