New! Check out Silver City's Boston Hill trails system! The purpose of the TOSC is to implement the Trails and Open Spaces Plan adopted by the Town Council in February 2002. Included in the Plan are several trails and open space projects and volunteers are needed to work on these projects. The TOSC meetings are held on the third Monday of odd-numbered months at 5:30 pm in the Public Library meeting room. The meetings are open to the public.
