Commercial Developments
All commercial developments must be reviewed and approved by the Town. Plans must be submitted to the Community Development Department. A Commercial Development Packet is available.

Land Divisions, Subdivisions and Planned Unit Developments
All subdivisions within the Town of Silver City and the Town's ETJ (extraterritorial jurisdiction of 3 miles outside city limits) must be reviewed and approved by the Town of Silver City.

Land divisions (a division of a parcel into 2 parcels) can be approved administratively.

Subdivisions (a division of a parcel into more than 2 parcels) and Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) require review and approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Town Council. Subdivision Packets and hearing schedules are available in the Community Developmnent Department.
