DESCRIPTION:
The Executive Department consists of the Town Manager, the Personnel Officer, the Town Clerk, the Information Technician and administrative support personnel. The Town Manager hires the department
heads and, through the departments and their supervisors and associates, manages
operations. The Town leadership is predominantly situational and closely follows
the Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
To provide for, through the various departments, the safety, health, and welfare
of the citizens of the Town. To provide the best basic services at the lowest
cost possible. To continue the transition to Total Quality Management and
constant improvement of customer satisfaction in all phases of Town operations.
